Store Returns Policy
We only accept returns on defective items within 14 days of your purchase.
- Our TVs carry a 90-day defective* warranty.
- A defective item is malfunctioning and non- operational.
- We encourage you to inspect and measure items before making your purchase.
This policy does not cover...
- Damaged items (dents, scratches, etc.)
- Items with missing parts/components**
- Buyer's remorse
*All "Factory Reconditioned" TVs at MN Home Outlet are backed with a 90-day defective warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty covers most defects to the TV's picture or performance (lines, sound issues, power problems). It DOES NOT cover cosmetic issues or dead pixels on the screen. If your TV is defective within the warranty period, you will have the option to replace it with an in-stock, comparable TV model or return it for MN Home Outlet store credit. If you'd like our TV technicians to inspect the TV, please allow 2 weeks for the triage and, if possible, repair process.**We’re human and occasionally miss parts/components when testing certain items. If these missing parts/ components are critical to your item functioning properly, we will work with you to make things right.
Online Returns Policy
What you can return: We're happy to take back or exchange any new/unused product within 30 days of your order date.
How to start the returns process: You can start the returns process and receive your RMA Number by going to your MN Home Outlet account and clicking "Manage Returns" or via contacting our Customer Support Team.
How you should package your return: Please make sure to return your item in its original packaging with all pieces, instructions, etc. included. Please also write your RMA Number on the outside of your shipping box. We reserve the right to deny your return if it's improperly shipped. Thanks for your cooperation!
Exchanges and replacements: We will gladly ship out a replacement item as soon as we receive and process your return. We appreciate your patience.
Important note: Returned orders WILL NOT be processed without a valid RMA Number. New/unused purchases can be returned at the purchaser's expense for a refund (minus the initial shipping charge on the purchase). The product(s) you're returning must be in their original packaging and condition. Please do not remove any stickers or tamper with returned items.
Our Returns Department must receive your return within 30 days after you received your RMA Number. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of your RMA Number, your payment information on file will be charged the cost of your replacement product, the RMA will be closed, and you will be the happy owner of that product.
Defective / Warranty Claims
Every product we sell is backed by a 30-day defective warranty from the original order date. This warranty protects you from dead-on-arrival (DOA) and defective products. We will also refund your return shipping cost on any defective items (ground method cost only), so please include your shipping receipt in your return. Please note that our experienced technicians test all defective claims. If we find that your product is good and working as it's intended, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee (up to $25). Many products we sell will also be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you are experiencing any issues with your item after 30 days from your order date, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Expired Credit Cards / Store Credit
If your credit card expires before the date of your refund, we will send you a check to the billing address in your account. You also have the option of MN Home Outlet Store Credit (can not be redeemed for cash or check).
